FurstStaffing
offers the following benefits to our field employees
provided the worked hour requirement has been met.
Holiday
Pay for the six major holidays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Vacation
Certificates
Vacation certificates are issued after an employee
has worked 1000 hours at 500 hour increments at the
end of each quarter. Number of certificates issued
is increased as the employee accrues more hours as
a Furst employee.
Medical/Dental
Insurance
A portable medical/dental insurance program is available
to our employees after you have worked 80 hours as
a Furst employee.
401(k)
Profit Sharing Plan
A 401(k) profit sharing plan is available for FurstStaffing
employees who qualify. You will be eligible to participate
in the plan if you have completed one year of service,
which is defined as:
- 12
consecutive months of employment with Furst
- You
have been credited with 1,000 hours or more of service
by the end of you first 12 consecutive months of
employment
- You
have attained age 21
Direct
Payroll Deposit
Direct deposit is available for all employees who
meet the following qualifications:
- You
must be employed by Furst for 30 days
- You
must regularly work more than 30 hours per week
for Furst
- You
must have a signed time slip in our office by Monday
at 5:00 PM. The
deposit will be made into your bank account on Friday
for the previous week.
