At FurstStaffing, you'll work with our team of staffing professionals to find rewarding employment opportunities. Here is how our registration process works:
Application
You may apply online or in person at one of our offices. Your application will be reviewed by an Applicant Specialist. Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Interview
We will conduct a one-on-one interview to assess your interests, experience, career goals and work preferences. During the interview, we will review your work history and identify assignments or positions that may be right for you.
Orientation
During your orientation, you will receive the FurstStaffing Reference Manual. You will also watch an introductory video which highlights the benefits of working with FurstStaffing and outlines the expectations of a successful partnership with FurstStaffing.
Paperwork and ID Documents
You will be asked to complete State and Federal Tax forms, as well as the I-9 form. When completing the I-9, you are required to supply two forms of acceptable identification.
Testing
To assess your software and other job specific skills, you will be asked to complete one or more assessment tests, depending upon your skill set and interests.
Reference Checks / Background Check / Drug Screen
We will contact two previous employers to verify dates of employment and work performance. We also conduct criminal background checks for disqualifying convictions. FurstStaffing is a drug-free workplace. We conduct pre- and re-employment drug screens in our office, when applicable.
